Hunter Gatherer

We find commercial opportunities before they become obvious.

Hunter Gatherer is the company behind TrigR Growth, TrigR Gifting and Future Makers. Each business uses signals, technology and experienced people to find organisations that are about to buy, and to start the conversation early.

What we do

Companies rarely buy out of nowhere. Before they do, something has usually changed: they raise money, appoint a new leader, win a contract, open an office, launch a product or start hiring. We watch for those changes across millions of organisations, work out which ones matter, and put our clients in front of the right person at the right time.

We do that through three businesses. Each serves a different market and runs its own service, but all of them combine the same things: artificial intelligence to find the signal, commercial judgement to qualify it, and relationships to open the door.

How we think about it

The same ideas run through all three businesses. Read more about the company.

Timing matters more than capability

Most businesses have capable people. Very few know who is about to buy. Signals precede purchases by weeks or months, and by the time a need is public the shortlist has usually been decided.

Technology finds the signal, people read it

Our AI monitors organisations continuously for the events that precede a decision. Experienced strategists then decide what each signal means, who to speak to and what to say. Neither works well without the other.

Relationships open the door

We look for warm introductions and senior contacts, and we approach decision-makers as peers rather than as vendors. The aim is a conversation, not a cold lead.
